Mingling with Swedish celebs and job interview

Sometimes life is full of surprises..

On Monday evening my dad and I managed to get into the after party of the premiere of the new Jönsson Ligan movie which was held at Golden Hits on Kungsgatan in Stockholm. Since it was an event with local celebrities they of course had an open bar and buffet..
My dad and I mingled around for a bit. I spoke to people like Daniel Paris, a blogger who rose to fame in the Swedish reality show "Ung och bortskämd". He was so sweet. The second I tapped him on the shoulder and introduced myself as a blog reader he flashed me a huge smile and gave me a big hug. We chit chatted for a bit and complimented each others style.. He was also more then willing to pose for a picture. He's one of the friendliest "celebrities" I've ever met, not that I've met a ton. But you know.

Photo cred to my dad.

Off topic: The most famous person I've met is Michael Nyqvist a Swedish actor who is now making it big in Hollywood. Just saying. Anyway I met him at my dad's friends' birthday party a few years ago.

I also met the actress who played Eva's mom from the kid's TV-series "Eva & Adam". That show was my entire childhood and I made sure to tell her that. Another person I spoke to was Victor who used to be on another kid's show "Bollibompa", and he was a contestant on Let's Dance (The Swedish version of dancing with the stars) a few years ago. At first I couldn't place where I'd seen him, but when his friend told me it all came back. Again, he was super friendly..
The person I was most excited to meet/talk to? Josef Fares! He's probably Sweden's most famous director. I "met" him almost 10 years ago at the movie premiere for "Säg att du älskar mig", the movie that my dad shot, as in he was the cameraman, *proud*.
However as a shy 13-year old I was too scared to go up to him (he was talking to someone and I didn't want to interrupt). Since then it's been a bit of an inside joke between my friend Tess and I. She was my date to that movie premiere almost 10 years ago, and she teased me for not having the guts to talk to him and I said "I'll say hi later..." Which I did, almost 10 years later. Well on Monday... I not only spoke to him, but I got a picture too! My dad urged me to go up to him so I did, and I almost got his phone number too.. Again he was really nice and more then willing to chat and pose. Of course I had to send the pic to Tess the first thing I did after it was taken ;).
All in all. It was a great evening..
Thanks dad for bringing me! <3

Yesterday was a bit of a weird (good weird) day for me. My grandmother treated my cousins and I to a delicious dinner at restaurant "Grodan", probably one of the best restaurants in the city. After that we went to watch "Utvandrarna" at Dramaten. It was ok, not really my cup of tea. But oh well.
The "weird" thing that happened was that I had spent the earlier part of the day applying for jobs and got a call from a company 2-3 hours later. I have a job interview tomorrow morning at 10 AM. I'm going to Västerås tonight to stay at Tess place, the interview is in Västerås (about an hour outside of Stockholm) and since she lives and studies there I thought.. Why not hit two birds with one stone? And I reeaalllyyyy don't want to be late so...
I'll let you know how the interview went later.

Have a great day/week and thanks for reading.
